About

My research agenda is to examine gender and social exclusion, socio-political analysis in gender segregation and inequality, intersectional perspectives in the study of organizations, gendered constructions in offshoring, comparative politics & development specially with developing countries. I am interested in international comparative methodology and comparative gender relations and systems and have a live interest in policy and practice in this field. I am currently undertaking a doctoral research on ‘Gender Segregation in science, engineering, construction and technology (SECT): An Indo-British comparison.’
