I'm Currently researching patient flow and benefit delivery in the NHS as a member of the HaCIRIC virtual research centre. I have previously conducted ethnomethodological and evaluation research investigations in a wide variety of organizational settings. Past research projects include inter alia: Knowledge and Information Management Through Life (KIM); Local Evaluation of Sure Start Salford; Impact of Culture on Project Performance.
